［商品化について］
  • ・受賞作品より商品化をする場合があります。
  • ・商品化にあたっては、商品開発会議へのご参加及び知的財産権等の譲渡契約締結をお願いする場合がありますのでご了承ください。詳細は個別にご連絡します。
  • ・商品化にあたっては、製造方法や規格などによりデザインや素材の調整が発生することがあります。
  • ・製品としての商品化以外にも、受賞作品のデザインを採用する場合があります。採用にあたっての詳細は個別にご連絡します。
［応募作品について］
  • ・応募作品は、次のものに限ります。
    @応募者のオリジナルのもの
    A国内外で未発表のもの
    B同一または類似の作品の存在がないもの
    C公序良俗その他法令の定めに反さないもの
    D第三者の知的財産権等の権利を侵害する可能性のないもの
    E画像生成AIで作成された画像をそのまま作品と使用しないこと
  • ・応募作品及び提出資料（に使用するイラストや画像）が上記@〜Eに違反することが判明した場合、受賞結果発表後であっても受賞を取り消す可能性があります。さらに、当該違反に関連した紛争については、応募者が責任を持って解決することとし、主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
  • ・ファイナリスト賞を除く受賞作品（以下、上位受賞作品という）については、知的財産権等の権利は主催者に帰属するものとします。その権利の対価は、受賞賞金をもって充てるものとします。
  • ・上位受賞作品以外の応募作品については、知的財産権等の権利は応募者に帰属します。ただし応募者は、主催者が、本アワードに関連する目的のために、応募作品及び提出資料を複製、公衆送信、発表、展示等して無償で利用することを承諾します。
  • ・応募開始から受賞結果発表の期間は、作品を他のコンテストや、コンペティションへ二重応募することは認められません。また、主催者の同意なしに他に公表しないものとします。
  • ・応募作品の管理については万全の注意を払いますが、天災、その他の不慮の事故に基づく破損、紛失について主催者は一切の責任を負いません。
  • ・応募作品は返却いたしません。必要な場合はあらかじめ複製をしておいてください。
  • ・未成年の方については、受賞した場合に親権者の同意書が必要となります。
［個人情報について］

応募者の個人情報は、株式会社サンゲツが管理し、運営上の連絡や、関連するイベントのお知らせ、また統計処理の目的に応じて、必要な範囲でのみ利用させていただきます。

［Commercialization of Winning Works］
  • ・Some winning entries may be developed into commercial products.
  • ・In such cases, finalists may be invited to participate in product development meetings and asked to enter into agreements regarding the transfer of intellectual property rights. Specific details will be provided individually.
  • ・During the commercialization process, design or material adjustments may be required to accommodate manufacturing methods and specifications.
  • ・In addition to product commercialization, winning works may also be applied in other design formats. Further details will be communicated individually.
［About Submitted Works］
  • ・Submitted works must meet the following conditions:
    1. Must be the applicant’s original creation.
    2. Must not have been published in Japan or abroad.
    3. Must not be identical or substantially similar to existing works.
    4. Must not violate public order, morality, or applicable laws and regulations.
    5. Must not infringe upon the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
    6. Must not consist solely of images generated by AI and used without modification.
  • ・If a submitted work or any accompanying materials (illustrations, images, etc.) are found to violate conditions @–E, the award may be revoked even after results are announced. The applicant will be solely responsible for resolving any disputes arising from such violations, and the organizer will assume no responsibility.
  • ・For all winning works except the Finalist Awards(hereinafter referred to as “top prizes”), intellectual property rights will be transferred to the organizer. The prize money will serve as consideration for these rights.
  • ・For works that do not receive a top prize, intellectual property rights will remain with the applicant. However, applicants agree that the organizer may reproduce, transmit, publish, or exhibit the works and related materials free of charge for purposes related to this award.
  • ・From the start of the application period until the announcement of results, entries may not be submitted to other contests or competitions, nor made public without the organizer’s prior consent.
  • ・While every effort will be made to handle submissions with care, the organizer will not be responsible for damage or loss resulting from natural disasters or unforeseen accidents.
  • ・Submitted works will not be returned. Applicants should retain copies for their own records if necessary.In the case of minor applicants, a parental consent form will be required if they receive an award.
［Personal Information］

Personal information provided by applicants will be managed by Sangetsu Corporation. It will be used solely for purposes related to the operation of this competition, including contacting applicants, providing information about related events, and statistical analysis.
